Tire Deflating Exhaust Silencer

Purpose: It’s too loud around large tires when deflating.

Safety benefits: Reduced the noise associated with deflating large tires. Directs the stream of air coming from the tire, which may carry some debris away from traffic areas.

Production benefits: None noted.

We ran 1 ½” PVC pipe up under the eaves of our shop to redirect the noise. Under the eaves we don’t have to worry about anything getting in the pipe.
